1. Land acquisition
This first step will include the cottage renovation, center property, neighboring property, and USFS land.
The second phase will begin with planning and design, then on to hardscaping, utilities, and the full center renovation (foundation, framing, masonry, window & doors, insulation, lighting, plumbing, finishes, and trim)
Then we have the addition of furnishings, interpretive displays, landscaping, construction operating funds, and campaign expenses.
