Reserve a bed or entire room in the Historic 1925 Schoolhouse.
Please note that linens are not provided at this time. Please bring your own pillows, linens, or sleeping bags, and towels.
2nd Floor Room
There are 12 rooms on the second floor in this style, most rooms having six beds, five rooms having four beds, and one room having two beds.
1st Floor Queen Room
This room also have it’s own bathroom and is the only bedroom on our first floor. This room is ADA accessible.
2nd Floor Room bathroom
Each room has their own bathroom except our Jack & Jill style rooms at the end of each of our hallways
3rd Floor Suite
This room also has its own bathroom, a functioning kitchen, and four twin size beds.
On our third floor we also have a King room and a Queen room featuring two queen sized beds. Each of those rooms also have their own private bathroom.

cancellation policy
Cancellation by Participant
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail).
Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made.
Cancellations prior to 30 days before start of event will receive a
full refund, minus $50 of registration fee. Cancellations received
within 30 days of event start date forfeit full refund.
Request for cancellation due to illness, accident, or death in the
family requires documentation. Upon receipt of documentation,
a full refund minus $50 registration fee will be issued. Verification
must be received no later than 30 days after the scheduled event
date. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund.
Cancellation by BRDC
BRDC reserves the right to cancel or alter some aspects of a program
or event, including program/event itinerary, dates, location or
duration, as a result of unforeseen circumstances, or for any other
reason. BRDC is not responsible for costs incurred by a participant
in preparing for a program/event that is altered or cancelled.
