CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Participant
In the event a participant chooses to cancel their registration:

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing (by mail or email).

  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Requests for cancellation due to illness, accident, or a death in the family require supporting documentation. Upon receipt of valid documentation, a full refund minus the $50 processing fee will be issued. Verification must be submitted no later than 30 days after the scheduled event date. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing the refund.

  • Participants sent home from an event due to violations of rules, for medical reasons, or at the discretion of the participant, their family, or BRDC will not receive a refund.

Cancellation by BRDC
BRDC reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of a program or event, including the itinerary, dates, location, or duration, due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason. BRDC is not responsible for costs incurred by participants in preparation for a program/event that is altered or canceled.
