The program spans two full days and two nights, from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Each day features a flexible itinerary that is subject to change depending on variable high country weather. The typical daily schedule includes breakfast, a morning field trip, lunch and downtime, an afternoon on-campus lecture and optional outdoor activity, followed by dinner and an evening session.
Off-campus excursions include birding at various local hotspots. On-campus activities include natural history and ornithology lectures.
